Presentation of the 2021 Awards of the Henri Savall-ISEOR Foundation

The Henri Savall-ISEOR Foundation rewards every year actors who explicitly or implicitly implement responsible socio-economic management that makes economic objectives, social, societal and environmental objectives compatible. The Global Performance Award was awarded to Jacques and Olivier Barreau, founders and CEOs of Grain de Sail, distinguishing a global management combining economic, social, societal and environmental performance. A Special Prize was awarded posthumously to Henri Talaszka, who, for forty years of management of major companies in various sectors, has constantly promoted the spirit of socio-economic management and the methods of research and intervention of the ISEOR. Recall that the Henri Savall-ISEOR Foundation, created in December 2019 by six companies and organisation, including two structures of l'ISEOR (Institut de Socio-Economie des Entreprises et des Organisations) sheltered by the Fondation de France, aims to promote and disseminate good management practices taking into account the general interest and the common good. For this purpose, it relies on the socio-economic research of organizations as an engineering for the development of global and sustainable performance. This research, conducted by Henri Savall and ISEOR for more than forty-five years, has proved to be scientifically sound.
