Patricia GROS MICOL, founder and CEO of Handishare is the winner of the 2023 Corporate Award, rewarding her overall performance combining economic, social, societal and environmental performance.

HANDISHARE carries out support tasks (BPO) for its clients, mainly large accounts: in HR (recruitment assistance, management of medical visits, deployment of training plans, etc.), purchases (car park management, management of purchase requests, etc.), accounting management (fees notes, billing follow-up, etc.), digital services (revegetation, mapping, etc.) or marketing (database management, community management, etc.). A company like any other retail company close to the fact that CDI employees are almost all disabled.
