It is part of a non-partisan mission to promote humanist capitalism socially, humanist and ecologically responsible capitalism overall performance on the short, medium and long term.

Its aim is to highlight best practices for reconciling economic performance, social, societal and environmental performance. It is therefore based on the socio-economic research carried out by the organisations as a development engineering of the overall performance sustainable. This research, conducted by Henri Savall and the Institute of Socio-Economy of Enterprises and Organisations (ISEOR) for nearly 50 years, has proved to be scientifically proven. However, they are still insufficiently disseminated and too often ignored by the general public.

The Henri Savall – ISEOR Foundation wishes to reward once a year, through prizes, actors who explicitly or implicitly implement responsible socio-economic management practices that make economic objectives, social, societal and environmental objectives compatible. Prizes distributed by the Foundation are complementary awards of up to 10 000€

The awards distributed by the Foundation are distinctions supplemented by financial allocations of up to 10,000€. They are not more than four per year, i.e. one prize per category, possibly supplemented by a special prize awarded by the jury. Awards are presented at annual ceremonies promoting award-winning actors. However, certain categories of potential winners such as companies, profit-making organisations, accounting firms or memorialists, private research structures, are not tax eligible for the Foundation's prize-related financial allocations. In this case, the grants will then be paid to non-profit and general interest organisations proposed by the winners, as an extension of their action with the possible support of the FHSI Foundation and in connection with the Fondation de France.
