« We are fundamentally convinced of this, and there have been many opportunities to prove it to ourselves and our collaborators during our 40 years of existence: the true value of a company lies in its human capital and the potential to express it through managerial practices respectful of the women and men who make up it, the surrounding ecosystem and the environment in which it operates. These managerial practices are essential to human and social performance, which itself feeds the overall performance of a company. With the creation of the Henri Savall-ISEOR Foundation, we wanted to provide a platform for the expression, dissemination and distinction of managerial practices at the service of the socio-economic performance of companies and organisations. »

« The research of the Institut de Socio-Economie des Entreprises et des Organisations, founded by Henri Savall in the early 1970s, is at the crossroads of two worlds that too often ignore each other: the academic world and the economic world.
They strive to demonstrate, through an original method of research and intervention at the heart of companies and organisations, that it is possible to conduct global management, reconciling economic, social, societal, and environmental performance through the practice of humanist capitalism aimed at developing human potential.
After 35 years of professional life in the company, and 8 years devoted to the development of foundations sheltered by the Fondation de France, I agreed to become general delegate of the Fondation Henri Savall-ISEOR, created to contribute to the influence of this research, because they meet the convictions I have acquired throughout my career. »
